This notice is to advise members of NZCU Employees of our transition to the Financial Markets Conduct legislation as from the 25th of November 2016. This is our effective date for the transition and the day from when requirements of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and Financial Markets Conduct Regulation 2014 apply to our operations and your investment.
Product Disclosure Statement
The Product Disclosure Statement (“PDS”) now replaces the Prospectus and the Investment Statement. The PDS is shorter, easier to understand, and worded in a clearer, more concise and effective manner.
You can obtain a copy of New Zealand Employees Credit Union PDS from the Companies Office Disclose Register or our website.
We are required by law to upload other relevant information about your investment on to the Disclose Register from time to time. You can view this information by visiting the the link above.
The governing document for New Zealand Employees Credit Union shares is the Trust Deed dated 21 June 2001 as restated and amended on 9 November 2016 (“Trust Deed”). You can obtain an electronic copy of the Trust Deed from the Companies Office Disclose Register or from our website.
Alternatively, you may request, within 15 working days of receiving this notice, a copy of the Trust Deed free of charge from New Zealand Employees Credit Union to be sent to you.
