Is ACCESSMOBILE secure?
ACCESSMOBILE uses high quality industry security encryption to help keep your personal details safe. For added security, ACCESSMOBILE locks you out after three attempts if you repeatedly try and log in with the wrong PIN and will time-out if the app is left running for more than two minutes with no activity.
If I forget my PIN for ACCESSMOBILE what should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your ACCESSMOBILE pin you can log-in again using your Internet Banking login details, or contact us on 09 579 1026.
How do I set up ACCESSPHONE phone banking?
Where are your ATM’s?
Using the ACCESSCARD and ACCESSCREDIT you can obtain cash from any ATM in New Zealand, overseas ATMs displaying the Maestro or Cirrus logos or the Credit Unions’ ACCESSCASH ATMs at these locations.

How do I set up my ACCESSWEB internet banking?
How do I change my ACCEESSWEB internet banking password?
If you need to change your password for ACCESSWEB Internet Banking, you can download a form to request this change.
How do I set up the ACCESSMOBILE Banking App?
To set up ACCESSMOBILE Banking, you will need to be registered for NZCU Employees Internet Banking first.
- Download the ‘NZCU Employees’ app for iOS (Apple) or Android
- Enter your existing Internet Banking access number and password
- Choose to set a simple 4-digit PIN for future access or continue to use your internet banking access number and password
- Then start managing your accounts on the go!
What mobile devices can I use ACCESSMOBILE on?
You can download ACCESSMOBILE and use it on any smartphone – Android or iPhone – and on Android tablets and Apple iPads (you’ll need an iPhone or iPad version iOS 6.0 or Android device with version 2.2.3 or later). Basically, as long as you’ve got access to the internet on your mobile device, and a compatible operating system, you can use ACCESSMOBILE!
What should I do if I lose my card or it has been stolen?

Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes you can. There are no restrictions for re-paying your loan early. You can check the terms and conditions of your loan agreement for more information.
What will my interest rate on my personal loan be?
Our interest rates start from 10.50% p.a.
What will my interest rate be on my term deposit?
You can earn up to 4.20% p.a.* when you invest in a term deposit.
Why do I need vehicle insurance?
Vehicle Insurance covers your car if you have an accident or your car is stolen or damaged. NZCU Vehicle Insurance provides you with accidental damage to your car, liability for accidental damage caused by your car to vehicles or property belonging to someone else and loss or damage to your car.
What is STOPLOSS Gap Insurance?
If you have car finance, gap insurance Stop Loss is an optional extra on your car insurance that will pay the difference between the insurance pay-out and what is left owing on the vehicle finance to a maximum of $10,000.
What is Roadside Assistance?
Roadside Assistance is an optional extra with your CARMINDER VEHICLE INSURANCE policy for comprehensive NZ-wide, 24/7 breakdown service.

What is a credit union?
A credit union is a financial cooperative created for and by its members who are its depositors, borrowers, and shareholders. Operated on non-profit basis, credit unions offer many banking services, such as loans (usually at lower than market interest rates), term deposits (usually at higher than market interest rates) and accounts.
Credit unions are normally taxed at rates lower than those applied to commercial banks and other financial institutions. Their members often have a common-bond, such as employment in the same firm or domicile in the same community.
